Email [email protected] to report a bug, request a format, or send a correction. A person reads every message and we aim to reply within two working days.
What we are glad to hear about
- A file that will not convert. Tell us your browser, operating system and roughly what the file is. If you can share the file, that helps enormously — but never send anything sensitive, and we will never ask you to.
- A factual error. If something here contradicts a specification, point at the clause. We will fix it and record the correction in the changelog.
- A missing format. Requests that come up more than once get built.
- An accessibility problem. Anything that makes the site hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard or magnifier is treated as a bug, not a nice-to-have.
What we cannot help with
- Recovering a corrupted or deleted photo — we have no copy of anything you convert, because nothing is uploaded.
- Guest posts, link exchanges, sponsored placements or paid mentions. We do not run them, and these emails are deleted unread.
- Bulk or automated conversion via an API. There is no server-side conversion here to build an API on top of.
There is no contact form on this page on purpose: a form would mean collecting and storing your message on a server, and the whole design of this site is built around not doing that.
